1. Change of mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for processing

We currently do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Postage and delivery after purchase

Once your postcard has been posted, delivery is handled by the postal service. While we hope every postcard arrives safely, we’re unable to control or take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.
